Anne McCollum

Director of Training and Development

As Director of Training and Development for PA MIP, Anne is responsible for all League Training initiatives from their inception through to their delivery. In addition to PML training programs, Ms. McCollum leads multiple development teams working on numerous projects including the PML Annual Educational Summit, PELRAS Conference, University-Community Network programs and Sustainable PA Communities Conference. Anne also provides project management services for the Association of Professional Municipal Management, PA Construction Codes Academy, PA Training Hub, Floodplain Management training, and DEP Energy Code Compliance training. PA MIP is Anne’s latest development project. Anne has been working with training development project management for thirteen years. Prior to that she served as a Township Manager for eleven years; this frontline experience provided her with a solid background in municipal topics and issues and has enhanced her ability to work effectively on developing municipal training projects.

Alexis Brower

Training and Development Assistant

Alexis Brower serves as a Training and Development Assistant for the Pennsylvania Municipal League. Ms. Brower manages registration data for PML training programs. Her responsibilities include program logistics, facility coordination, and material preparation and delivery; she also provides onsite logistical support.  Alexis graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and a minor in Photography. She completed several internships and worked two part-time jobs while earning her college degree. Post-graduation Alexis moved to Brooklyn and landed a job working for Davler Media Group, a company that publishes parenting magazines and monthly tourism guides. Alexis has been with the Pennsylvania Municipal League since December 2016. Her exceptional relationship building skills, love for interpersonal communication, and attention to detail have been a tremendous benefit to the program.
